THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF GBBM BAYAN BAY BRANCH.

GBBM峇央湾支会长远目标（向外）：
GBBM Bayan Bay Branch Long-term Goals (external):
-通过活动，提升青少年健康及思想质素。
- The enhancement of quality health adolescent and thinking through various activities.
-以团队力量，提倡环保。
- To promote environmental protection with team spirit.
-打造峇央湾支会成为青少年心目中，有品质及有素质的“名牌”青年团体。
- To make GBBM Bayan Bay a quality and branded youth society.

GBBM峇央湾支会长远目标（向内）：
GBBM Bayan Bay Branch Long-term Goals (internal):
-肃立支会本身的良好文化，让新会员能够通过文化，有效学习并了解支会的操作，以及同志们对人处事的良好态度。
- Create a healthy culture among the new comers and understand the operations of the club.
-完全杜绝支会内部出现能够瓦解整个团队的滋事份子。
- Eliminates troublemakers within the members.

短期目标（向外）：
Short-term Goals (external):
-让更多年轻人认识GBBM峇央贝支会。
- Establishing a well known society club that draws attention of the public.

短期目标（向内）：
Short-term Goals (internal):
-年内，通过多项小型互动活动，提升支会会员素质，以协助支会达到30位活跃会员。
- To achieve at least 30 active members through a number of small-scale interactive activities.
-培养新一轮领袖人才。
- To develop a new round of leadership.

-重“心”出发，提倡环保。
- Advocating environmental protection.
-重“心”出发，提倡珍惜，友谊万岁。
- Promoting value, long life friendships.
-重“心”出发，鼓励青少年应该与时并进。
- Encourage youth to keep up with times.
-重“心”出发，鼓励青少年因该广大自己的交际范围。
- Encourage youth to expand communication network.
-重“心”出发，关心青少年现今的健康及思想质素。
- Concern for youth 's state of lifestyle and thoughts.
-重“心”出发，关心社会人，事，物。
- Cares for every events that evolves around us.

-提倡少数服从多数的精神。
- To cultivate the spirit of majority.
-提倡会员定期检查电邮箱。
- Check daily mails.
-有承担及负责任的组织工作者。
- Be responsible for their own actions and responsibilities.
-互相尊重的精神，既不用言行刺激他人，抹黑他人，更不重伤他人。
- Respect proper conversations.
-共同目标，为目标前进。
- A common target for the goal.
-提拔新人。
- Train new comers.
-以开除为最严厉的的纪律行动，来对付那些有意瓦解整个团队的滋事份子。
- Will enforce disciplinary action against troublemakers.
